Taco Bell is known for being a fan favorite brand and has fostered a loyal following, especially with millennials. The QSR chain is making another move to appeal to this younger segment of the population.

Taco Bell has released a clothing line that is available for a short time at Forever 21. The limited-edition fashion collection, release just last week, includes items for men, women and girls.

There are taco-themed jackets, sweatshirts, zesty bodysuits, and even cell phone cases available on the Forever 21 website. Prices for the items range from roughly $8 to $25.

“Inspired by iconic graphics that each brand is known for and set against a mix of playfully vibrant prints, the collection features tops, bodysuits and cropped hoodies for women. For men, a sweatshirt, hoodie and anorak jacket are updated with pops of color and distinctive illustrations that effortlessly bring the heat. The exclusive collection also features select graphic tees, a pullover and hoodie for girls,” writes Taco Bell in a press release.

The branded merchandise will be available until supplies last at most Forever 21 stores and on its website and five of the items are already sold out online.

To celebrate the launch, Taco Bell threw an edgy event in Los Angeles.

“Fans of both brands were front and center at the launch celebration, which featured a runway show modeled by Taco Bell super fans and influencers, live performances from Taco Bell Feed the Beat® artist Cheat Codes, a pop-up Forever 21 boutique for attendees to purchase pieces from the collection and a live mural created by artist Lefty Out There,” writes Taco Bell in a press release about the launch event.

The QSR also served up signature menu items at the launch party with its Taco Bell truck.

Although the fast food chain sells branded merchandise on its website, this is the first time the QSR has partnered with a popular fashion line.

This seems like the latest move by Taco Bell to become more of a lifestyle brand, by catering to those fashion-forward millennials looking to spice up their wardrobe. Taco Bell is fostering more of an experience and community.
