V Spot Targets Millennials With "Vegan Comfort Food"


Looking to target a millennial diners, Trinity Groves' soon to open concept The V Spot seeks to serve up what they refer to as "vegan comfort food" to hungry Dallasites. The brainchild of local chef Troy Gardner who also owns Dallas' Samson's Hot Dogs, Gardner has already established a cult following amongst vegan and non-vegan diners alike for the non-meat options he offers at the restaurant.

V Spot will be replacing the former Sugar Skull Cafe that closed two months earlier. Gardner looks to include a number of fresh juices in addition to the culinary options, while keeping prices incredibly low. Read More
