The Grand Opening Event of Daniel Boulud's db Brasserie in The Venetian Kicked Off Last Night

The opening of Daniel Boulud’s newest venture to add to his bustling empire — db Brasserie at The Venetian in Las Vegas — officially kicked off on April 24th. The inspiration, a modern-day French brasserie, brings Boulud back to The Strip. The grand opening was held last night, a ribbon-cutting event filled with a who’s who crowd. Boulud, a slew of notable chefs — including Thomas Keller, Jean-Georges Vongerichte and Nobu Matsuhisa — and hotel and restaurant personnel were all in attendance.
