South Florida is melting pot, as well as an international crossroad. With that in mind- the Miami area seems like the most logical location to test how Latin American chains will do in the North American market.  

More and more restaurants with South American flavors are expanding to the US, starting with South Florida. El Corral Burgers just opened its first US restaurant last year and during the first six weeks, they had an average of 620 customers a day. Giraffas is also experiencing similar success in the South Florida market.
