The classic PB & J is being morphed with another classic, the Grilled Cheese at South Water Kitchen in Chicago. This classic twist features brie, blueberry jam, and sliced pears between two slices of whole wheat bread. The classic Dagwood sandwich is getting a face lift at The Occidental in Washington, DC. This features thinly sliced lamb shoulder garnished with goat cheese, arugula, pickled ramps and strawberry jam.
