Austin's first ever Paleo restaurant Picnik is set to open a brick and mortar location on the city's famed Burnet Road, taking over the former property of the now shuttered Fork & Taco. Picnik first began as a food truck, serving gluten-free, Paleo cuisine including specialties such as bone broth and butter coffee.

The new location promises to continue serving these crowd favorites, as well as expand the current menu in order to feature new dishes as well as a dinner service. The restaurant plans to open in early spring, hoping to become the go-to spot for health conscious diners throughout Austin. Read More
