Wendy’s marketers continue to prove that they aren’t afraid to take a bold approach when it comes to the brand’s competitors.
After McDonald’s announced that the fast food chain would soon be using “fresh beef” in its Quarter Pounder, Wendy’s was quick to slam its rival for swapping the frozen beef on only one of its signature menu items.
The McDonald’s hamburger, cheeseburger and the Big Mac will remain made with a frozen patty.
Wendy’s proudly states that all of their burgers are made with never frozen beef patties, which is one of the brand’s differentiators.
