Helen Hokin


Helen is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster writing always and only about food and travel. Helen has travelled to more than 50 countries to report on global food trends for print and TV interviewing, along the way, industry greats like Nobu and Heston Blumenthal alongside street food stall holders from Mumbai to Taipei. She is the creator of the Food Tripper TV series for Travel Channel in which she explores food history around the world, and editor of Foodtripper.com Helen is passionate about the hospitality industry; she has an M.Sc. in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
