Chef Bruno Loubet, known for his popular work at Grain Store restaurant in King’s Cross, first stretched his wings under the guidance of chef Pierre Koffman in London, Raymond Blanc in Oxfordshire and many others, but took his first flight into the food scene when he opened his Soho bistro in 1993. Ultimately, his first venture became renown as one of the most defining restaurants of its time. Currently, he is the new ambassador for Supper, a food delivery service.
