Across the pond, food trucks flood together in large cities, like New York City, Boston and Los Angeles. Quite similar in format is our rendition, in the form of street food vendors. Just like food trucks, each food market and vendor offering lineup infuses its own personality into the mix. Take Stockbridge Market in Edinburgh, for example, where each month brings on a new theme. Or Cheshire’s Wilmslow Artisan Market, which boasts a swarm of vendors and a huge supply of “seasonal farm fresh produce.”
