When you offer only one main ingredient on the menu, it’d better be damn good. And if social media presence is any indication, The Rib Man in London has got it locked down (for the record, he’s got 18.3K followers on Twitter and another 2,700 on Instagram). A street food vendor at London’s Brick Lane Market every Sunday, the Rib Man dishes out famously known baby-back ribs sourced from pigs at Norfolk and Suffolk farms.
But it’s not just his ingredients that have a story. The Rib Man, also known as Mark Gevaux, fell into the business after an unfortunate physical injury took him out of the butchering game.
